Dear [Decision Maker],

As a constituent and volunteer for the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network, I ask you to urge Health and Human Services Secretary Azar to address the concerns of patients across the country with recently proposed policy changes to Medicare Part D's "Six Protected Classes" that could delay patient access to life saving therapies.

If the proposed policy changes moves forward as written, they could have substantial consequences for cancer patients on Medicare. I urge you to reach out to Secretary Azar and ask him to protect patient's lives and stop the proposed changes to Medicare Part D's Six Protected Classes, and not delay access to live saving medicines for patients living with cancer.
