Dear [Decision Maker],

As a volunteer for the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network, I urge you to address patient community concerns with a recently proposed rule by the Department of Health and Human Services that could delay patient access to lifesaving therapies included in Medicare Part D's "Six Protected Classes."

If the rule moves forward as written, it could have substantial consequences for cancer patients on Medicare. I urge you to protect patients' lives and stop the proposed changes to Medicare Part D's Six Protected Classes. Don't delay access to lifesaving medicines for patients living with cancer.
