Dear [Decision Maker],

As a resident of Richmond, and your constituent, I urge you to pass a flavored tobacco ordinance that does the following: eliminates the sale of all flavored tobacco products, including menthol, requires a minimum pack size of 20 for small cigars and cigarillos, and prohibits new retailers from locating within 1000-feet of schools, parks, playgrounds or libraries, or within 500 feet of an existing retailer.

Tobacco is the leading cause of preventable death in our country, and is responsible for one third of all cancers. Our youth face many challenges, and they should not arrive at adulthood already addicted to a deadly product. It is time for our community to stand up to Big Tobacco and show them that we value our kids and their health.

Please vote to protect our kids over tobacco industry profits.
